Psyc?

I've been considering implementing a psyc server here and I've been hesitant about it. It looks like a great piece of software - supporting IRC, Jabber, and a few others all at once - and it would be nice to use a central server for managing several things. If I can include some kind of blog software with it, it'd be perfect - everyone who registers here would be able to chat, blog, and (maybe) mail, without having to register multiple times.
Read the intro and features, Looks pretty cool, eh? But is it worth the time and effort?
I guess I'd need to get more people here first, mm? Or maybe it's the other way around...
