Okay, so it turns out you CAN use themes with 3.6 — the theme just has to be correctly updated for it. Simply version bumping does not work for this version, it seems.

Phew!

Oh, and since 3.5, the auto-complete behaviour changed, so for those of you who liked browser.urlbar.matchOnlyTyped, you may want to read about changing automcomplete behaviour in Firefox 3.5/3.6.

2010-02-10 00:26 at 00:02 Nice! I Somehow knew Mozilla couldn't forgo the themes because there will be an uprising from some "geeks".

2010-02-12 19:46 at 19:02 Yeah, it was stupid of me to assume that they couldn't have just changed some of the theme API again, but well... I dunno, I guess I figured people would have at least TESTED their themes before uploading them and marking them as compatible with 1.6
Sigh... lazy world.

I haven't unfrozen yet, though.
